Build, Implement and Operate
In Professi360, we adopt the Build, Implement and Operate (BIO) model as our unique differentiate when comes to technology project. This model aim to separate the “Build” functions such as architecture, design, and engineering of solution from the “Implement” activity, which includes setup, install, configuration and deployment services. While “Operate” functions (support and operation) run in another discrete unit. It is a process-driven model which our team seeks to have clear accountability and increased efficiencies in how work is completed across the board.
